Carrie was very nice and knowledgeable. I gave only 3 stars due to the mixup on which glasses I chose to fill. I asked for my new prescription to be for driving and when I picked up it was for my computer. Now I have used my vsp and have to wait until January to get my distance glasses.

Dr. Kubota is the best! She's extremely knowledgeable and thorough in the examination. She explains everything and makes one feel so comfortable. She's so friendly and approachable. I highly recommend her.

I had a very pleasant visit with Dr. Carrie R. Kubota and her team in Simi Valley. I came in for a vision review and prescription renewal, and the entire experience was smooth and welcoming. The staff was attentive and gave me clear options for pupil dilation—I chose the more advanced method, which was thorough and cost-effective. Dr. Kubota took the time to walk me through the results, and I really appreciated her care and professionalism. Highly recommend!
