I was disappointed with my experience today at Costco\. I arrived at 9:50 a\.m\., but I wasn’t allowed to enter because I have a **Gold Star** membership, while **Executive** members were allowed in early\. I understand that early access is one of the Executive membership benefits, but it was frustrating to be turned away when there were only 10 minutes left before the store opened to everyone\. Honestly, the experience made me feel like I was being treated differently simply because of the type of membership I have. It created a sense of unfairness and made me feel like Gold Star members are less valued than Executive members. We all pay for our memberships, and I believe a little flexibility would go a long way\. I hope Costco considers a more inclusive approach so every member feels equally respected and appreciated.

Costco is awesome. The company, this location, all of it. But it is always a madhouse. Perhaps less so than some of the other locations around here, especially as you go towards Burbank or LA. But it's hard to find parking, aisles are congested, lines are long. Always. I've waited 30 minutes for a hot dog (not my proudest moment). But if you're mentally geared up to tolerate the frenzy, you're going to find deals. I love that the stock is always changing, and that they have everything from Ziploc bags to outdoor greenhouses. The spread is wild and so much fun. And if Costco is selling it, whatever it is, I trust it.

Always a great time at Costco with the family. New exciting selection like pac man arcade, winter clothes. Insane deal for 100 inch tv under $2000. Buying Macbook Air, iPad isn't a hassle, short wait time Tasty free samples in back of the store. Always an amazing deal for $5.99 rotisserie chicken, hot dogs, pizza, nutz, rice with Kirkland Quality 90 day return wasn't a hassle. Only took 10 minutes or less. You do have to scan your membership at entrance or use gift card , alcohol buying Easy parking with lots of space and friendly staff. Everything is well stock. Park in the back to avoid the traffic jam at the entrance drive way. Its 10-15 minute wait for Gasoline station, about 10-20 cent cheap per gallon

Today I shopped at this Costco location for my Instacart customers after the recent fire near Simi Valley, when many people are staying indoors and ordering large grocery deliveries. My customers ordered over $700 worth of groceries and household items, and since I had never been to this Costco before, I had a difficult time finding several items. I asked one employee for help locating something, and after he asked if I was doing Instacart and I said yes, he responded, “It’s your job to find it,” and refused to help me. Later, I asked another employee about an item shown in my app. He looked at the picture and told me they didn’t carry it and that he had never seen it before. I asked if there was a similar substitute I could offer the customer, but he said he was about to go on break and quickly walked away because he didn’t want to be late. Ironically, after continuing to search on my own, I eventually found the exact item that one employee claimed they didn’t even carry. That was frustrating and disappointing. Thankfully, not all employees here were like that. Two employees working near the water section were very kind and helpful. They gave me aisle numbers and helped me locate additional items when I returned with more questions. Their professionalism and willingness to help completely changed my experience. I understand retail employees are busy, but customer service and work ethic matter. Whether someone is shopping personally or working through Instacart, we are still customers spending money at Costco for the people we serve. I really appreciated the employees ( both over 6 feet tall very handsome white gentlemen) who treated me with respect and actually took the time to help.

Simi Valley Costco, is definitely a place worth going to, many of the staff are more friendly, than other Costco’s I been through … the environment feels more comfortable. There’s no problem to which check stands insta C, shoppers, could go through expect the self check out. Most checkers and employees do like to help insta shoppers and people in general. I don’t see any un complex behavior expect one checker who seem to worry more about gossip than helping me out. But, in general, its a great area with great views to see. Thank you so much.
