I had such a great experience during my eye exam visit! The ladies in the office were incredibly kind, patient, and helpful while assisting me in finding the perfect frames. They made the whole process so comfortable and enjoyable. Dr. Flink was also amazing — very knowledgeable, professional, and thorough during my exam. You can truly tell the staff cares about their patients. Highly recommend this office to anyone looking for excellent eye care and customer service!

I highly recommend Dr. Smith and his team. They are all very friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Smith has his patients' best interest at heart and explains everything so I feel comfortable with his recommendations. While they offer additional testing on site, they make it clear that it's optional and don't make me feel pressured. The ladies in the front are so friendly and love to help pick out frames. I always trust their opinion and they haven't steered me wrong in the last 3 years. It's always a great experience with this team!

Due to circumstances I could not control, I was 90 minutes late for my appointment. Dr. Smith and Jera the technician who worked to get the measurements for my eye went way beyond what I expected them to do trying to get my chin in that cup when my wheelchair could not get me as close as the machine needed me to be. I was scheduled for a 20 min session. I was 90 minutes late, the exam itself took longer than 20 minutes. They never once seemed put out, impatient, or worried about those who had appointments after me. My thanks 1000 times over to Dr. Christopher Smith and his staff. Fingers crossed now that the glasses I get are accurate. If they are not, it's because my body could not sit up straight enough to get an accurate diagnostic assessment, and NOT because of negligence or incompetence. Dr Smith was very thorough, and he helped me understand the details and results of my exam. Letting me compare my current prescription with my new prescription during the exam was like trying on my new glasses before purchasing them. I highly recommend Dr. Smith. His assistants were also very helpful, and a pleasure to work with.

I have unfortunately been wearing glasses for 55 years, which means 55 years of eye exams. My recent appointment with Mr. Smith was the most informative eye exam I have ever had in those 55 years. I appreciate the time he took to review the retinal imaging pictures with me and explain what he was seeing in terms of pigment variations, blood vessel anomalies, and existence of floaters. As far as the vision test itself for my prescription, it was efficient, but I left satisfied that it was comprehensive, and I was getting an improved prescription better suited to the current condition of my eyesight. I highly recommend Dr. Smith.
