I hadn’t had an eye exam in several years due to a disability affecting my mobility and I desperately needed new glasses. All the staff were so kind and welcoming, especially Jazmine who made sure I had all the accommodations I needed to be able to pick out my new glasses. My vision is so much better now and I will definitely come back to Shopko Optical next time I need new glasses!
I had THE BEST appointment with Dr. Peot today... She took time to explain things and answer my questions. She made me feel like she genuinely cared about me and my eye health. Wow! The rest of the staff was also very friendly and helpful! Thank you all for such a positive experience!
My Husband and Myself came in for Eye Exams, (my husband desperately needed one) and I cannot say enough good things about this entire establishment!!! From the minute we walked in everyone was smiling, and friendly, and helpful without the "pushy" feeling. Dr. Taylor AMAZING AND SO SO EASY TO COMMUNICATE WITH, her knowledge is through the roof, and her manner is GREAT!!!!! Jasmine, she fitted both myself and my husband for our 2 pairs of glasses each, and made absolute certain they were the right fits, and comfort, and pairs for us, as we all know its an investment!!!! From their knowledge of their jobs, to their impeccable CUSTOMER SERVICE, I FULLY RECOMMEND!!!!! 5 STARS FROM OUR FAMILY!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I’ve been going here for years, and so has my parents, I always have great service. I love Dr. Peot and her attitude toward us customers, staff, and work is great. I don’t have any complaints. Highly recommend.
Amy was great and really makes the whole process super easy. Jazmine helped me pick out frames and was one of the highlights of my week. Through conversing and trying on some frames, we got the perfect sets for me ordered and I am looking forward to them coming in. Her explanations and customer service were amazing.
