Dr. Leann Goslak and Associ

I have not made the time for an eye exam in years-so decided to give LensCrafters a try. Not only was I able to get an appointment the next day, the dr was very thorough in explaining my vision and overall eye health during the exam. The staff was extremely friendly. I was able to take my time to look at frames without being followed around yet they were very attentive if I had questions. It was a very good experience.

I bought a pair of prescription Ray-Ban Meta 2 sunglasse At LensCrafters, Boardman Ohio even though my phone number was updated, they couldn’t get a hold of me because they used an old phone number. They ordered the wrong frames. They put the lenses in the proper frame before I left the store. I ordered transition lenses so in the store I could not tell they put in the wrong tint I phoned them talking to them nicely talking to a woman named Heather everything has been their mistake. They ordering the wrong frames, wrong lenses, and used the wrong phone number. I was treated rudely I won’t buy from them again. They’ve Re-ordered the lenses. I hope they’ll be the right lenses this time. and after I was hung up on, I phoned back and asked to speak to a manager, and Heather said she was a manager I was called by a different manager and she talked to me very nicely everything has been straightened out, so I’m changing my review. two a 4 star instead of a 1 star.

Fabulous job by JENNA helping me in many ways, particularly locating my prescription and for being well informed about new lenses and very courteous. I highly recommend Jenna.

Helped me right away and were so helpful. Heather specifically has helped me multiple times and been very friendly and kind!!! Got me in and out very fast and solved my issue!!

Quickly fixed my broken glasses while I waited. The facility is immaculately clean and staff is super friendly. This location will be my new optometry choice.
