V Eye Care Vision

Made an appointment online through their website and was told when I showed up for said appointment that they did not take my insurance even though it’s listed as one of the insurances they accept on their website… I was given an excuse by the receptionists that LensCrafters may take it but they do not and that they wish people would “look on their website and not on LensCrafters” even though they every website link takes you back to LensCrafters and not this imaginary website of theirs that doesn’t exist. The office staff had this information prior to my appointment but failed to inform me beforehand therefore wasting my time.

Dr. Burcham was very thorough and educational during my son’s exam. The service was wonderful, and the entire staff was patient and kind throughout the visit. Overall, it was a great experience.

Best I exam I have ever had! Very thorough. Staff was courteous efficient and prompt. Doctor was thorough. He explained everything in great detail. Would recommend highly. Plan to go back in the future.

Excellent doctor and technicians, who are always on time and very kind. State of the art equipment. Dr Burcham explains everything one needs to know about their eye health in words that you can understand. He also listens and has a very caring personality. Highly recommend V Eye P Vision!

From walking in to walking out, it’s no exaggeration to say that everyone and everything is wonderful. I appreciate this doctor and staff, as they are all kind and attentive. Eye exams are thorough and result in great lenses, and any concerns between exams (just had one about allergies) are addressed quickly. I live almost an hour away, they are worth the drive!
