We brought our family mind you there are six of us, and they carefully went through exams for each one of us. Some of us got glasses some of us got contacts and a few of us got a second pair. Customer service was extraordinary they had well-staffed people attending to us and individualized attention. For some of us he actually tested us twice to ensure that we got the right script. Explain what was covered with insurance and what was not covered with insurance and we all walked out of there with great deals because I have really bad insurance. Everybody is extremely happy with their glasses and contacts, and that was 4 months ago that we were fitted. We are setting up a new appointment very soon for the new year and I would highly recommend them.

I can not say enough about how great Monroe Vision is. Karen made everything so easy from scheduling the appointment to being on top of everything throughout my visit. This place is lucky to have her as a part of their team. Dr Donlan is efficient, professional, and honest. From start to finish every interaction with each team member was very pleasant. Its hard to come across doctors offices who truly care about their patients and Monroe vision is absolutely incredible with how the exceed all expectations. Ok. So I am getting a little fed up with this place. My glasses are in after 2 weeks, but for working people like me (can't go during the day) there is no pick up till next week. I need a place that offers availability to working women not only for retirees. Shame I like them but they are not working out for me. I will go to the doctor but fill my prescription in a place that does not take 4 weeks. Currently researching a place where I can fill my prescription and don't have to wait 4 weeks. I do have to say the doctor is great but they have inefficiencies in the office that could be easily corrected. I have a hard time seeing and now I have to wait another week to pick up glasses I already paid for. last time I do this through them.

My husband I recently had an exam with Dr. Bubnovsky. Not only was she amazing, but the entire staff was too! They were knowledgeable, friendly, and extremely thorough. We both got contacts with Dr. Bubnovsky and got a new pair of glasses with Lina. She was really helpful and we both love our new glasses. We have recommended this practice to everyone.

I just picked up my new glasses and I couldn’t be more pleased with everything about them. They’re stylish and the lenses were made impeccably. I have astigmatisms in both eyes which makes my prescription more complicated than most. Before these glasses, I wore two sets for reading and distance. I wanted one pair instead of two however, I had tried progressive lenses in the past and I just couldn’t get used to them. I wore them for a month straight and had to return them. After my eye exam with Dr. Donlon the optometrist who worked with me to chose a new frame was incredibly informative regarding my complicated prescription. I was informed that progressives were too strong for me and it’s why they didn’t agree with me. She told me what I needed was digital single vision lenses with reading enhancement. I have to say, I’ve never seen better in my life. While they were a bit pricey, they were worth every penny. I see crystal clear now and can actually read without removing my glasses.
