When Dr. Bert was working, he was fine. However, he suddenly closed his office effective December 28, 2019 without any advance notification or any recommendations for subsequent care. The mailed notification for his shutting down came on the day of the shut down. I think this is a very poor way to treat long time patients
Dr Bert is a wonderful, kind and attentive eye doctor. I send my family to him and recommend him wholeheartedly.
Dr Bert is very thorough that along with his kindness makes him a great optometrist.
