Both of my children had an eye exam, and the process was very quick. I do agree with some of the comments about how fast the exam felt, but overall the doctor was friendly and kind. The front desk staff were also very nice and welcoming. I would return and recommend.

There were two young girls at the front desk, and unfortunately, my experience with one of them was extremely disappointing. As the first point of contact for a business, professionalism and basic courtesy matter—and that was completely lacking here. From check-in to check-out, there was no greeting, no smile, and no effort to be welcoming. At check-in, I was met only with “Insurance card,” with no eye contact or basic acknowledgment. At check-out, the experience was just as cold and dismissive. I was told my next appointment would be texted to me, followed by silence, leaving me standing there unsure if we were finished. After an awkward pause, she finally looked up and simply said, “Done.” The entire interaction felt rude, unprofessional, and unnecessarily unpleasant. Customer service sets the tone for the entire visit, and this experience left a very negative impression. I will not be returning, and based on this experience, I would not recommend this office to others.
(my husband was the patient James M.) The optometrist is so rude and has no want or care to hear out concerns or about any health conditions. Very short and cold, seemingly bothered by a patient asking questions about the diagnosis or treatment. We were cut off mid sentence and when asking about the initial exam all that was asked was what the prescription would be after THE OPTOMETRIST asked if there were any questions we were told "AS I STATED anything further than this appointment will be discussed at the next appointment" ... I would never recommend this place to anyone I know and we will definitely not be going back. Also the receptionist that was there at the time matched the optometrists personality, very cold and unwelcoming.
The doctor is always nice and helpful, the woman that takes you back to do your exams is always super nice as well. However the front desk girls act like you’re such an inconvenience to them and that they hate being there. Every time I’ve waited for my appointment they’ve talked bad about other patients. I don’t know that I’ll come back.
The doctor came into the room and performed the tests very very quickly. So quickly that I questioned if the tests were done well. I asked multiple questions and he just talked over me and didn’t acknowledge or answer anything I asked. These incidents happened both times I went in. His rushing made me feel very anxious and rushed when all I was trying to do was understand my eye health and sight. Any appointment that is about your health is something that shouldn’t be rushed through.
