I had an incredible experience at Eyemart Express thanks to Jim. The moment I walked in, he greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel genuinely welcomed. He took the time to walk me through my vision benefits, explain what was covered, and help me understand the best options based on my prescription. Jim hand‑selected frames that matched my personality, style, and prescription needs. He also explained lens options in a way that was easy to understand, especially the blue light protection I needed for school and work. It felt personal and thoughtful, not just a quick transaction. He even let me know my insurance included a second pair for free and helped me pick out a fun, classic retro frame that I ended up loving. After choosing everything, he took my PD measurements and worked with the lab manager to get my glasses made the same day — in under 30 minutes. Fast, smooth, and stress‑free. The optical manager was also incredibly kind and helpful. She explained my CareCredit options, made me feel confident about my purchase, and even stayed late to help craft my lenses and make sure the fit was perfect. Overall, this was one of the best optical experiences I’ve ever had. I highly recommend Eyemart Express to friends and family. Thank you all for taking such great care of me.

Have had excellent experience at the Holly location with Jin. He has been most helpful over a couple of visits. Had to change lens due to change in refraction. Jin was patient, kind and very professional. He treated me with respect and never rushed me. As a very senior customer in need of extra help. He was awesome, as was my interface with his manager Claudia

I had an amazing experience at Eyemart Express thanks to Juan! (The other staff members were amazing as well, but Juan was a star) he was friendly, knowledgeable, and made picking out glasses way less stressful than I expected. He was patient, helpful, and had a great way of making customers feel comfortable. You can tell he genuinely enjoys helping people, and that kind of customer service deserves recognition. Hopefully this review makes its way to the CEO because he definitely earned it! 😄

No problem getting our grandsons glasses (we even saved a little money) but when the glasses got scratched, is where Juan and Eyemart Express truly earned "All our fanily's" business. We live out of Abq 6 hours round trip, Juan and Eyemart's insurance saved the road trip and new lenses to replace the scratched lenses are already on their way. It took longer to type this review than Juan did at getting the replacements ordered. Absolutely Phenomenal Customer Service. Thank you Juan and everyone at Eyemart Express.
