Very inconvenient. The front desk girls are unprofessional. I went for an exam and was not finalized a prescription. I am very busy and cannot be taking time off to go back to get my prescription finalized. I was suppose to wear contacts for a week and see how I feel. I called and told them they worked good and were comfortable that I didn’t feel any discomfort. The front desk manager said she can fax or I can pick up in person. She cannot email. It’s 2018. How do you not have a secure server email to be able to email a prescription to the email address I provided when I filled out the paperwork for my exam. Ridiculous. I am never coming here again and will be sure to tell everyone about my awful experience and difficulty I’ve had with this place. #1 rule for customer service.... be easy to do business with.
