Fully described the issue I was facing before appointment. Day of appointment it's like every staff member is completely surprised by this and really no help was offered. If you have eye or vision issues absolutely avoid here. They only are interested in getting you in for glasses perspective or to sell you frames. Very unprofessional and won't return.

I used to genuinely love this place, back when they were independently owned. The doctors, the front desk staff, the techs and the opticians were all amazing. Then MyEyeDr bought them out, and it's been one mistake after another ever since. For example, we ordered new lenses with transitions to address my son's light sensitivity. They've now ordered those lenses 3 times because they keep coming without transitions (which were an expensive out-of-pocket upgrade). It's been 12 weeks with no accountability from MyEyeDr. I call weekly, and every time I call I get told "They should be here next week." This is the THIRD order for these lenses. We made the appointment before school ended and he's gone the entire summer with outdated lenses and school starts next week... Given their current timeline he won't have a correct prescription until after school starts, and that assumes that I don't call back and get told "next week" again. Our vision insurance benefit is now used up on lenses we never actually received, and we paid extra out of pocket for a Transitions upgrade we still don't have. Three tries in, and still nothing. This used to be a practice with real accountability. Now it feels like once your order leaves the counter, nobody actually owns it anymore. We'll be finding a new eye doctor.

An excellent experience top to bottom. My optometrist, Dr. Won, was super friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough - highly recommend. The rest of the staff, from the desk to initial screening to Richard who helped me pick out glasses were all professional, friendly, transparent. Good vibes here.

Always had a very good experience both with front desk staff and the eye docs. Hardly any wait time.
