The Auto techs are good guys but the manager doesn’t care about the customers in the slightest. Walmart in Greenwood screwed up my oil change so I went to the one in Shelbyville. They didn’t have the regularly priced oil and air filter in stock so I wound up paying for premium oil and a premium air filter that basically doubled the cost. I asked for a discount because of the wasted time yesterday and the extra cost today. I would’ve been happy with 10% as a token gesture. His response “Nah that’s the Greenwood Walmart’s problem.” Cool bud. I’m in a wheelchair and can’t do my own oil so I guess it’s my problem. Thanks for caring.

They were awfully busy and understaffed for a Wednesday late afternoon. Probably waited in line to check out for maybe 15 or 20 minutes. The checkout folks were great. This is a problem with managers. Otherwise, you know, it's Walmart.

Go to return a product at the jewelry department, to return/exchange and stood there for 15 minutes just to get told the person with the keys is at lunch at Applebees with the only set of keys, really? The only set of keys in the whole Walmart to open the jewelry box?
