This location is so good to me! They took the time to help me pick out frames, I always feel so informed and up to date on things and you can tell they care. It's always pleasant
This place are lucky it can't get negative stars. Went and picked up my 2nd pair of glasses today since they totally messed up the first pair and these are just as bad ! First time they said I needed bifocals and then the regular doctor says I didn't need bifocals after another eye exam. Well, these are just as bad or worse. Almost seems like they didn't redo anything. This are the worst experience with an eyeglass place I have ever had ! Awful made glasses and the the glass are as cheap as it gets. I would not recommend this place to anyone ! Just like I would not the podunk town it are located in !
February 16th, 2026 was my first optical experience at a Dr Tavel location, and it was absolutely 5 stars. The team of ladies were so helpful, kind and knowledgable (they answered all of my 100 questions ☺️) I’d like to give a big Thank You to Silvana, Sasha, Ashley and Megan, and Dr. Hart lll the optometrist, I highly recommend going to Dr Tavel!
