I would like to say I've never been to a eye doctor, but I will say they made my visit very easy and relaxing. They took the time to ask any questions or problems that I was having. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. I dealt with Clarissa and Sammie and they were great. Toppie definitely was great to work with. That being said, the only thing I would recommend to them is more of a selection of men's glasses including safety glasses.

Midwest was recommended by a family friend. So glad I took her advice. I had a great experience with Dr. Toppe. Felt completely comfortable talking to him about my concerns. He then recommended me to two associates to help pick out a set of glasses. Clarissa Spillman and Sammie from optical. They set there and helped me picked out my glasses even when i couldn't make up my mind. I have since recommended my family. The hour and half drive was well worth it, when it comes to customer service.

My mother needed attention with little notice and they worked us in, that can’t always happen but they were very kind scheduling in. Check in was very nice, beautiful establishment. Doctors and assistants were very kind and listened and checked her very thoroughly! They even had helpful ideas others hadn’t. Very happy we went there. Dr Topy was kind and listened and his assistants did a wonderful job. Very thankful to them

Very friendly, kind, great communication and treated us with dignity. They have a high degree of ethical practice. They were very patient with my Autistic daughter.

Staff for the most part were wonderful and kept things light but professional. Your booking and certain members of your front desk staff have much to be desired. Booking an appointment shouldn't feel like a interrogation! However once you get past their gate keepers its a nice and pleasant environment! Train your welcoming/ scheduling staff to be as nice as your actual doctors and supportive nursing staff and this would be a excellent place!
