I recently brought my sunglasses into the Vision Center because, over the years, I’ve accidentally sat on them, dropped them, misplaced them—you name it! The nose pieces were bent so badly they were essentially crushed into the sunglasses. Maria inspected them and took them to the back to see what she could do. Keep in mind, I didn’t even purchase these sunglasses from the Vision Center. She did warn me that, because of all the damage they had suffered over the years, there was a possibility they might become a casualty of her efforts to straighten them out. I thought, fair enough! I looked around the store for a few minutes, and when Maria returned with my sunglasses, I couldn’t believe it. They looked like new! Not only had she managed to repair the badly bent nose pieces, but she cleaned the sunglasses so thoroughly that they honestly looked almost brand new. I looked at them and said, “I’d forgotten what they used to look like!” Maria did a fantastic job, and I couldn’t have been happier with the result. And to top it all off... The Vision Center didn’t charge me a penny. Now THAT is what I call “Customer Service Plus!” Thank you, Maria, for taking the time to fix my sunglasses and for doing such a terrific job. It was greatly appreciated!
