Cole and staff are great! I've been a patient of Dr. Nevett for 10years since I moved to Seattle. He has always provided thorough exams, recommendations and practical solutions. Easy location and parking too!

The “doctor” got my measurements wrong and then blamed me for not bringing my old glasses. What’s the point of you replicating my old glasses when the whole point of the exam is to independently assess any fluctuations? You were off by -1. Absolutely ridiculous and joke of an exam. Also what a money grab - you said I denied retina check against medical advice. What was the basis of the advice? That you needed more cash? Nothing was ever this “doctors” fault - either the equipments was too old and he preferred Kirkland better or I just wasn’t doing enough for him to cheat on this test which literally requires holding a spatula on to my eye. They also were running an hour late and didn’t care.

I had a very good experience with Dr. Stephen Nevett and Associates. I already had a prescription from my long-time eye doctor, but I had to switch due to moving to a new city. Without me mentioning anything, they gave me the same diagnosis and tips as my trusted previous optometrist, which made me feel confident that I was in good hands. I was attended by Priya Subramanian, along with another staff member who performed the initial tests. Priya was attentive, listened carefully, and took the time to answer all the questions I had. Overall, a professional and reassuring experience. I would definitely recommend them.
I am BEYOND pleased with my experience today at the Lenscrafter, Northgate location. I had an appointment today with an optometrist whose care exceeded any expectations I had. He was patient, gracious and totally thorough throughout the exam. I was never pressured by the staff to purchase glasses.
