Dr. Homesley is the most caring, genuine and thorough doctor of optometry that I have ever met in my entire life. She had me seeing at 20/20 after all the testing and I can't wait to get my new glasses back. She is a real gem!
Amazing! I was referred to her & I am so glad I was. The most thorough eye exam I have ever had, nothing can be missed. The staff were all very nice & friendly. Dr. Homesley was wonderful, she is one of the most down to earth, sweetest doctors I have ever seen. She doesn't rush you, she takes her time. If you have questions she explains it and acts like she is happy you asked. I loved her! Highly recommend. If I could give more than 5 stars I would in a heartbeat.
I really appreciate the staff here. I received the most thorough exams ever. The doctor was knowledgeable and diligent in her exam. I ended up with a prescription for progressive lenses. The only drawback is their selection of frames is limited. But I found a pair that I didn't hate. Once they came in, Tammy was so awesome with her adjustments and precision to make sure the glasses fit. Would definitely recommend this place.
Waited over 15 minutes for my appt... they Took my money, broke my glasses... and would not replace as they said I paid for my glasses. The lenses were also not as ordered. Never got my money refunded or even a call back, so I used my insurance for glasses I never got. The elderly office manager needs to retire. Wouldnt recommend at all. Go down the hill.
Great staff. They really take care of you and make sure you are happy with your service. They even explain that IF you are not happy with your service to come back and they would be happy to make any corrections needed. Dr. Susan Homesley not only is great at making sure your needs are met, she also explains everything that happens, all of the tests results, and any future issues that may arise. She makes you feel very comfortable and right at home. She never gets impatient and handles my children just as well. I have moved from the area and still drive 40 minutes to have work done by her and her staff.
