This is our second visit to Ramona eye care. Our first visit with Dr. Cervantes was perfect. On our second visit (this visit) we had Dr. Bernhard. My son had an appointment at 4:30; the office closes at 5. We arrived early, and weren’t taken back until about 4:55. I understand, it was busy! However, that is no fault of ours. We were scheduled for a 4:30 appointment, taken back late, and then the exam itself was significantly rushed. My son was supposed to get his eyes dilated and get a prescription for both glasses and contacts. Dr. Bernhardt quite literally finished my sons eye exam in 5 minutes, told me that they’ll do the dilation when he comes back for his next appointment for the training for the contacts because they were out of time, and sent us out. If you are so concerned for leaving at 5 when your office closes, DON’T schedule people at 4:30! I don’t even trust that my son got his actual prescription from how rushed it was. I never ever leave reviews, but unfortunately this visit really warranted one.
