Dr. Do is so patient and thorough. She takes the time to listen to my concerns, explain my issues until I understand, and make appropriate recommendations. Despite my not always doing what she recommends, she never chastises me, just gives me other options with a smile. The office runs on time, staff is friendly and efficient which I also appreciate.

Dr. Karissa Do is a kind and caring professional who thoroughly explained every part of the experience and answered all my questions and her caring and considerate staff were friendly and helpful. Even going back to get my glasses was a very pleasant experience. I've never needed glasses before and they made this whole process easy, understandable, and painless and when I needed glasses I got them quickly. What a wonderful job you guys are doing there! Dr. Vu is exceptional -- he explains everything thoroughly, offers thoughts and suggestions, and notes potential concerns. And the staff is courteous and professional.
