The gentleman who helped me pick out my new glasses went above and beyond my expectations. He was patient and very knowledgeable about eye glasses. I appreciated his help and kindness. Took me longer than I should have taken but he always had a smile on his face.
Dr. Low was great, and did a great job of explaining all the tests and results. I especially appreciated her explaining what I could expect, if I was to get a lasik or lens replacement. River helped with all the pre-tests, and she was also helpful and pleasant. I would highly recommend Duvall Eye Care.
I’ve been a patient and eyewear customer at Duvall Advanced Family Eyecare for maybe 15 years. The doctors are wonderful - very thorough with a great doctor patient manner. The front office staff is always professional and warm. The opticians know how to choose the best glasses for your face shape and make the experience selecting glasses fun and less overwhelming if you are someone who sees 300 pairs of glasses and doesn’t know where to start. I will continue to be a life long customer as long as we are both around!
I ordered 2pair of glasses. When I picked them up, they were blurry. I went back to the ophthalmology who had given me the prescription and I was given the wrong prescription!!!!!! I went back to Duvall eyecare and Fiona was able to get my lenses remade for no additional charge. Great customer service!!!!!!
A totally enjoyable visit. From the front office to the actual exam, everyone treats you with respect and. comfort. I highly recommend them for your visual needs!
