Amazing doctor and staff! I walked in a couple of weeks ago to schedule appointments for my whole family, and they were incredibly helpful. They got everything set up quickly while working around my schedule and my kids’ school schedule. We completed the appointments over the following weeks, and every visit was smooth, quick, and well organized. The staff is super friendly, professional, and caring. Highly recommend!

The doctor is great, and the staff has been very helpful in explaining and setting up the payment plan. I truly appreciate their support. However, the services and pricing are not very clearly outlined. For example, the Myopia treatment program does not include the initial exam, and there are additional fees that were not clearly stated upfront. The text messages mention that there is a balance due for the program, but it’s only later that you discover extra charges beyond that amount. It would be helpful if all costs were clearly communicated in advance to avoid confusion.

DR. Michel is excellent. She spends a lot of time with her patients and she is always thoughtful, kind, and gentle. She is a very highly skilled optometrist as well.

Highly recommend Dr. Michel. She is kind and thoughtful and makes you feel important, never rushed. Dr. Michel addresses each and every one of my issues and/or concerns. Her staff is friendly and helpful. Again....I can't recommend Redmond Ridge Eye Care enough!
