I really like this location and was sad to find out they will be closing. I've been coming here for years. I was here last week and customer service was top notch (as it usually has been). Maggie was helping me this time with my order and she was amazing. Not only did she help me understand my benefits and options, she also helped me choose two pairs of glasses. She had to be creative with problem solving and figured out a way to order the second pair of glasses I really liked through the other location. This saved me a trip and made me one very happy and satisfied customer! Thank you Maggie!

My insurance recently changed, so I had to find a new eye doctor. I came across Eagle Vision and I'm so glad that I decided to visit here. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, and the office was clean and organized. The eye exam was thorough and I felt like the doctor really took her time to make sure I got the best prescription. She also took the time to explain my new lenses in detail. I felt really comfortable here and im glad to be established at such a great facility. Another perk is that you're able to book your appointments and fill out the paperwork online, which is so nice and convenient!
I am pleased with the customer service and the extra effort made to squeeze me into an appointment. The front desk was amazing. However, the female optometrist wasn't very pleasant. She seemed to be tired and unhappy. I tried to lighten the mood but she seemed sad. She also told me that Dr. Handy had passed away. So maybe she was thinking about him. I would go back and try to make her smile. The staff is amazing!
The worst management ever I have seen. I had an appointment with them and took the day off from work but, couple hours before my appointment, they called me and told me that our doctors can not accept your insurance. I asked them that last time I had my exam with you with the same insurance but, she told me that we do not have those doctors anymore and we have new doctors. I asked her that, I have scheduled this appointment months before so, you should let me know before, not couple hours before my appointment because I got my day of from work for this appointment. Before I finish talking to her, she hang on me even not listening to me or saying bye. 😡
My youngest daughter needed glasses, mind you she is very excited to get some! I mean what kid is exciting to get glasses lol . So cute! Anywho, office is very clean and has an inviting environment! The girls of the office there are very kind and warm and made things comfortable. Very good with kids😊 Dr. Salazar is very nice, and knowledgeable. Explained things that anyone would understand in this medical field!
