I have brought my kids here since babies. Never had any real issue, love their doctor and the pediatric staff, very accommodating if a same day visit is needed and you come or call early..they do have a small amount of pediatric doctors so getting an appointment right away may be challenging at times. No real complaints.

I’ve been coming here for years and today’s visit showed that I might need to find somewhere else to receive medical care. I have no issue with the provider but the staff who handles check in needs to be schools in patient care and privacy. My while visit was overwhelming. I appreciate Stephanie in the lobby for providing comfort and assistance when she noticed me visibly upset. She was able to help me get the information I needed. Pharmacy staff is alway kind and helpful.

I been going here since 1999. When the building was connected to Tanio towers. I generally broke down the other day. My primary wouldn't even give me a medical note to have me out of work for remaining of the week to clearly get my mental well-being back in place. They even had me speak to a therapist. What is 5 days to help someone cope and get the proper things done to help with your mental state. I already change dentist now ima change them as well. It notes Your Primary Care Doctor: You can easily schedule a quick visit with your PCP next week, explain the acute stress, brain fog, and the violation of your car being broken into, and have them sign off on the 5 days. Which i did and I was dismissed and this is why people go outside and snap.

They prescribed me with the wrong medication. And if that wasn't bad enough! They prescribed a medical procedure i did not need......Echocardiogram...That procedure would have cost $4,800.00....Do The Math.

It's always a breath of fresh air to call and be attended by customer service representatives at the Boriken Neighborhood Health Center. Today I had to make a few appts for my family. I just want to give homage to Hailey from Dental, Maria from the Call Center and Stephanie Campos from Women's Health. Not only are they so attentive but are so kind. It's like I can feel their positive energy through the call. I'll never stop going to Boriken because this place has not only great service but everyone who is the face of this Health center is just simply phenomenal. Attentive and get the job done. Speaking to these 3 women makes me happy at the end of each conversation. Going above and beyond for their patients are key to keeping us. I thank you Stephanie Campos, Maria and Hailey and Staff. You don't receive your flowers too often and today I want to make this review about you 3 and just how awesome Boriken is to have such great workers and staff. Makes the place so much better! Thank you Queens. Thank you Boriken! Been going here since I was a baby. My mother, May God rest her soul, made an amazing choice choosing this Health Center.
