Incompetent front office that knows nothing about integrity. Front office stating claims what was said when she wasn’t even in the exam room. Blaming false statements on the patient. At the end of the day lies and deception is uncalled for. When a patient has no insurance or the best VSP INSURANCE it is the Optometrist’s establishment duty to give the customer there full prescription not parts!!!!! The Doctor didn’t ask what I wanted he asked what I did.. He assumed that my computer job would only need his prescription “reading and computer prescription”, which was a false prescription because reading and intermediate are two different areas of depth.EXAMPLE +1.75 SPH reading prescription is for 15 inches or less compared to computer prescriptions intermediate at 20 inches +. Why would you give a reading (PRESBYOPIA) prescription only? Instead of the complete distance and near? VSP or no insurance the office needs to give the full Rx. Front office phone lady defending an issue escalating the issue claiming I asked for computer glasses only? A complete LIE. When anyone goes to another optical store with that prescription that leave me helpless to get either bifocals or progressive/no line trifocals . Eastlake vision knows this. Front office needs patient support and professionalism course training. Instead of lies and argument simply just give the full prescription to the PAYING CUSTOMER. A little issue turned into lies and deception. Don’t waste your time with these people

I had a fantastic experience, starting from the convenient appointment scheduling to the actual visit. The administrative team was incredibly friendly and supportive. Dr. Beck was not only polite but also provided me with valuable information. The entire process was efficient, and I was in and out within about 20 minutes since my prescription remained relatively unchanged.

Staff are very professional and accommodating. I was seen on time and was thoroughly examined by Dr. Carl Boeck. He explained my diagnosis thoroughly (I’m 70 yrs.old) and what I needed and gave me my prescription. Overall, the service I received was excellent.

Eastlake Vision Center Optometry is the best vision center I've yet to visit. They go to great lengths to protect their staff and the customer in these uncertain times. The staff is incredibly nice, helpful, and patient. The exam itself was smooth and fast with no waiting. It's also worth noting that their frame selection is not bad at all. I've needed glasses for a long time now and this is without doubt the best vision center I've ever attended.

Great service and great care are hard to find. But sometimes, you hit the jackpot! And when you do, don't let it go. The care that Dr. Mascareno and his team give their patients is priceless. Thank you doctor for taking the time explaining my conditions to me in a way I can understand. I can clearly see ;-) why you and your staff are the best. I will tell everybody to come see you.
