I recently took my son to Dr. Dial's clinic for an eye check-up, and we had an excellent experience. Dr. Dial was professional, patient, and very thorough during the exam. She took the time to answer all of my questions with clear and easy-to-understand explanations, which made me feel confident in the care my son was receiving. We'll definitely be returning for future visits.

I was in search for an optometrist to replace the one I had been with for over five years. I found her. Her name is Dr. Aileen Dial. Her office is in the Eastlake Walmart, and she is in the VSP network. She's awesome. She explained the entire procedure, as well as answering every question I had for her. Very friendly. And the best part about it is while you're waiting for your eyes to dilate, put on your sunglasses and walk around Walmart until your eyes get real sensitive. 😆
Doctor attended, understood all my needs and went over and beyond to make sure for me to understand all her findings and recommendations. Professional and a heart warming attitude, she lives her carrier it was not another client. She made me feel appreciated and valuable .
Dr. Ailleen Jacob is wonderful!! In my 30 years of wearing glasses, I have never encountered such an amazing docter like Dr. Jacob! She took the time to explain everything, making sure all of my questions were answered, and made me feel valued as a patient. It’s clear that she loves what she does! Absolutely recommend!!!
