Very bad policies. Receptionist is very short and rude. Had an eye exam done for my son including fitting for contacts in July, which is an out of pocket expense that we paid. Almost no info was given at the time about how their process works for contacts. I had to ask many questions even to find out the basics. My son then decided he would no be able to wear contacts. Now he is reconsidering them because he needs them for football. I called today and it’s been 9 months since we were there and the want to have him do a whole new eye exam and fitting because his “prescription will have changed”. And of course our insurance won’t cover it because it’s not been a year yet. So they want to charge me $130 to do another exam. I now find out that they have a 3 month policy on the contacts, which they didn’t tell us at that time. All she would say is that it’s “their policy” and they didn’t tell us that before because we decided against the contacts. There are better places to get your eyes examined where people are courteous and communicate their policies properly.
