The best experience ever! Dr. Katie Mills took excellent care of my husband. She talked him through the procedure and put him at ease. She was very efficient and we were both confident in the care he received. The nurses and staff were very kind and compassionate. They demonstrated empathy and incredible customer service. The facility was clean and inviting. We will definitely return for our family's eye care needs.

This was only my second time ever visiting any vision center. I had a wonderful experience at Loden Vision Center in Gallatin. The staff there was incredibly helpful and friendly. My first visit was with Dr. Courtney Hopkins, and for my second visit, I saw Dr. Laila Tawfik. Both individuals demonstrated professionalism and expertise. However, I personally lean towards Dr. Hopkins, though I mean no offense to Dr. Tawfik. Loden conducts a very comprehensive procedure, ensuring you feel reassured that all your concerns have been addressed upon leaving. I DO RECOMMEND!

I needed to establish myself with a new eye center and I am glad I chose Loden Vision Center Gallatin. Everyone was welcoming. The young lady that did my eye exam was very thorough. Dr Parker was pleasant and prompt. Would definitely recommend them!

That time of year when you got to get a eye check up. Really nice facility and A+ customer service. Kim was so professional, friendly and knowledgeable about all of the products here. She’s a gem! They have quality items and quality service. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND that if you are looking to get your eyes checked fully and not feeling like you are being herded like cattle, then this is the place. Check it out!

All of the employees I had contact with were excellent. They explained everything they were going to do and why. Dr. Parker is excellent, he identified the small freckle looking spot that turned out to be ocular melanoma. It was caught early by Dr Parker and has been removed. I would recommend him to everyone.
