Dr. Goodman the side of the office is phenomenal, i have no compaints, the actual glasses side is awful, i have been there almost every week getting my glasses adjusted and its always the same lady working who seems very lazy and not happy to be there whatsoever. Everytime i get them adjusted i leave with one issue of the fitment fixed but then theres a new issue that hurts my head to wear them. There was a time she literally twisted the glasses in front of my without heating them up or anything and handed them back to me. I cannot express how frustrating this is to have people so incompetent to simply heat and adjust glasses to how you are told.

The doctors office part is wonderful. Super friendly and fast. The optometrists, or so I thought that's what they were, were alright too. Then I go to pick up my glasses. 9 to 6 were the hours listed for Monday through Saturday. It's Friday and I hurry and go completely out of my way to pick up my glasses. I got there at 5:50. They had every light turned off and only one worker there who was just talking to a friend. She tells me everyone already left and she isn't an optometrist so she can't give me my pair of glasses. If your hours are until SIX, be there until SIX. It was ridiculous that I went out of my way, knowing I had time, only to find out these people left whenever they felt like it. That's just ridiculous. I suggest you change your business hours to 9am - whenever we feel like leaving. Beyond frustrated.
My husband got glasses there that were defective. He took them back and was told to bring them back with the prescription and they would take care of it. When he did that he was told they couldn't do anything about it and made him leave. They then called the corporate office and said he came in threatening them and threw his glasses across the store. He is wearing his glasses. They have banned him from that store all because they are too lazy to do their job. Never going to a Walmart again.
NEVER AGAIN! 3 of us in our family went and we will never set foot in the place again. Horrible communication, not honoring our prescription and clearly overcharged based on our insurance rate.
Best experience ever today!! I never caught her name but she was a blonde younger lady that was so nice!! I’m totally coming back to her!
