Great initial visit. The office is especially well organized, and everyone is courteous and professional. All the eye care technicians are efficient and professional as well as being courteous, and their equipment is all state-of-the-art. Also, the doctor is patient, courteous, listens intently to her patients, and is exceptionally thorough in her examination and patient interaction process. I went there today mainly for a contact eye exam, and I’m very impressed all around. I don’t think you can go wrong with these folks; their operation exudes professionalism, compassion, and competence from start to finish. I’m feeling fortunate to have found them.

I had an excellent experience at Envision Eye Care! From the moment I walked in, the staff was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely friendly. The eye examination was thorough, and I appreciated the time they took to explain the testing process and answer my questions. I was also impressed by their outstanding selection of designer and top-name eyeglass frames. My new glasses will be ready in just two weeks, which is a wonderful turnaround time. After having had previous eye care under a couple of the more recognizable chain providers, I chose envision eye care for 2 main reasons: first they were close by and secondly, I am a proponent of frequenting and supporting local independent businesses. The staff here were very welcoming, highly knowledgeable and organized, and used the latest diagnostic equipment and techniques. 5/5 for my first visit, and if not edited after pickup in 2 weeks that means the entire experience was top class.

We’ve gone to Envision for years now. At one point we jumped to lens crafters to support a friend, but came back to Envision as soon as we could. Their service and care is top tier, and they remember you from just one visit. The ladies up front are never rude & always so accommodating, Ms. Shirley is an amazing person, & our kids have always looked forward to getting pictures of their eyes & conversing with her. JK knows exactly what you need & want, and doesn’t push against your preferences, but absolutely accommodates you as best he can. Dr. Jeoung has always been so knowledgeable, and treats every one of our family members with such amazing care. Her delicate touch keeps everyone feeling secure.

Very thorough care and very thoughtful, not only that, they were clear about what was going to be charged and what wasn’t. I also called ahead and they went above and beyond and figured out exactly what my insurance covered for me. Then in the eye exam itself the doctor explained everything she was doing, what had changed, why it had and overall was very very clear with me. Amazing place highly recommend and will be going back.
