Dr. K Pedersen and her staff were an immense help to me. I had an eye emergency and they treated me with great care and graciously accommodated me when I was unannounced and in need of help. I also have eye exams and purchase glasses there. Their staff is always very helpful and knowledgeable. I enjoy doing business with them, And very grateful for their help in my emergency.

I missed an appointment because I had to go to Indiana to help my Mom. EyeCare Specialties did not question my missed appointment they just sent me an email stating I had missed my appointment and gave me the opportunity to reschedule! Received the same great service!
I'm editing this review after a positive experience with the practice manager. After discussing my concerns with her, I was refunded the cost of my fitting. My experience wasn't the best, but I appreciate them making it right. Tried to get contacts for the 1st time. Was told they wouldn't be an issue with my astigmatism. 6 weeks, 3 appointments and 2 fittings later I'm told that they won't work with my eyes. Each time I was told contacts would take a week. It always took 3. I was told to come get contacts. When I did, they handed them to me without the training I paid for. I had to wait another week for the training. Then non of the scripts work, and finally no contacts.
