Everyone was incredibly kind and very informative. They were willing to explain everything in detail to ease any kind of medical anxiety. They assisted with finding frames that are both comfortable and fit your personality. If I could rate them 10/10 I would. I highly recommend EPSY and Dr. Sappington.
This place is phenomenal. They got me and my son in quickly. Everyone was amazing. They explained everything so amazingly and were so loving and treated my boy with the best care. I’m so glad we chose to come here!
It was wonderful! Carmen was great getting me an appointment quickly. Grace was lovely doing the pre-exam. And Amanda was impressively thorough, kind, positive and knowledgeable about what I needed to do.
Very friendly staff. Made my visit a pleasant one. I would recommend them to anyone needing this kind of service. I was very comfortable under there care. I would like to thank them for taking the time and explaining all my options.
I called to reschedule an appointment that was the next day and I called before 4 o’clock and my appointment was at 2 o’clock the next day. Before she would let me reschedule, she said how do you want to pay the fee. I was charged a $35 fee for rescheduling.I totally understand the need to keep appointments but things do come up and emergencies do happen. I feel like Grace could have been given. I wasn’t just trying to cancel my appointment. I was trying to reschedule it and it was almost 24 hours in advance. It could have easily been filled.
