I had a wonderful experience at this office! I was really impressed by the new technology and advanced equipment they use; it made the whole process feel very modern and efficient. Dr. Cally Vaughn is fantastic, she is knowledgeable, patient, and uses that tech to provide a really thorough exam. I felt like my eyes were in the best hands possible. Highly recommend!
We had a great experience at Essential Family Vision for both myself and my 4 year old for his first time getting glasses and having a full eye exam. They were patient with him and made him feel comfortable while getting what they needed! And played fun games too!
Dr. Eakin is excellent! I have a complicated prescription and she was able to "dial it in" and explained everything so that I could understand. She is not only knowledgeable but kind, with a personality that made me feel comfortable. (Her assistant is great, too!)
I only had a few minutes wait . All tests were quickly done and it was fun picking out new glasses. It's always nice to get a few opinions when checking out all the choices .🙂
Optometry services for new glasses was timely. The staff communicates to each other well. I received an estimate for new glasses and good advise concerting options. My questions were answered. I’ll probably return to buy after I look around a bit.
