We didn't have to wait long to see Dr. Fredrikson. He was super nice, friendly, knowledgeable, reviewed and explained things in a way we understood. Ryan was who I met with before seeing Dr. F. He was professional, very friendly, caring. All the staff we encountered were super nice, professional and friendly! I highly recommend Evergreen Eye center!
I had a terrific experience at Evergreen Eye. Everyone made me feel like I was their only patient when doing tests and evaluating me for cataract removal surgery. The technicians were top-notch professional and courteous. Dr. Vercio was a breath of fresh air. She was very knowledgeable and welcomed any questions or concerns. She took me through my options and wanted to be sure I was comfortable with any choice we might make together. I say “we” because she made me feel we were on the same team working together to get to the best decision possible. She took away my nervousness about having surgery done, not a minor feat. I highly recommend Evergreen Eye.
The staff was excellent! I was a little nervous when I had my eye surgery. The staff at Federal Way made sure I was comfortable with everything. The Staff at your Auburn location is and has always been Excellent! The two lady’s at the front desk are so kind and professional. I absolutely love them. I would highly recommend this location to anyone I know .
A few years ago, I visited Evergreen Eye Center in Federal Way, and although I didn’t leave a review at the time, I’ve come to really appreciate their care. Back then, I underwent a vision test that included a dilation procedure, which was a bit uncomfortable, but now I realize how important it was for assessing my eyesight. The check-in process took a bit of time, as I had to move between waiting rooms, but the staff was professional and organized. I also had forgotten my sunglasses, so once my eyes were dilated, it was a bit difficult to see my way back to the car. Despite that, the doctor did an excellent job explaining each step, and the follow-up with my doctor at UW Medicine gave me a lot of confidence in my care. Looking back, I’m really grateful for their thoroughness, and I’d give them five stars for their professionalism and attention to detail.
Outstanding service and customer support during my first visit to assess the feasibility of my receiving a molar implant. Everything went so well that I signed on the contractual dotted line at the conclusion of the assessment. The fact that I was saving $2700 compared to my normal dentist's price quote was just perfect icing on the cake 🎂 I have never looked forward to dental surgery in my life.... until now!
