Super easy appt and not much waiting. Love the text reminders and helpful front office. I’ve seen several doctors at this place and all take the time to explain the health of my eyes and answer any questions. The eye technicians also are great. Today I saw Dr Toy for the first time and he explained everything as he was doing the tests and the eye pictures and answered all my questions. I didn’t feel like he rushed through the appt. I highly recommend this office.

Everyone is very friendly and efficient! However, I checked in 15 minutes early as requested, but didn’t see the doctor until half hour past my appointment time. All preliminary tests were handled quickly, and then I hung out in the exam room. I was surprised when the doctor walked in, because it was someone I’d never seen before. I wish they had told me ahead of time that my appointment was with someone new. He was wonderful and pleasant, but I was caught off guard because I really liked my previous doctor.

It was my daughter and my first time in any eye doctor office. From the moment we walked into the door to walking out the door the visit was great. Each individual we worked with was amazing. They made us feel comfortable and at ease with our visit. Definitely recommend. My family will be booking appointments.

The BEST eye care in the Puget Sound area! I am Extremely anxious about anyone touching my eyes and their entire staff gives me all the grace in the world in ensuring I get through my exams as easy and as comfortable as possible. I’d give 10-Stars if it were possible! Thank You!

I just called inquiring about an appointment and the receptionist wasn’t very helpful. My insurance doesn’t issue ID cards since it’s connected through my county medical insurance and she refused to look up any more information. She did not want to schedule an appointment without the insurance ID # even though I specifically stated that I found this office through my employer vision provider locator. I have never had issues with any other office looking into my information without an ID card but her dismissive attitude and unwillingness to help was appalling. I am glad I found another more helpful office with nicer staff.
