Called to get a consult for cataract surgery. Told they would take care of it. Four weeks later my call revealed nothing had been done. All I got was a brief apology only after I asked what happened. Of course no one knew or would admit to dropping the ball
The staff here is top tier especially front desk! I took so long deciding on what frames I wanted and not a single person made me feel bad! In fact, they were super helpful and friendly! One of them even helped me find really nice sunglasses (I hadn't even considered prescription sunglasses as an option!) HUGE shout-out to the front desk women for being the absolute best!!♡
I want to thank the staff of Eye Associates for going above and beyond to help a friend of mine who lost a nose piece on her glasses. We stopped into the Iowa City store to ask if they could help replace the nose piece even though the glasses had been purchased elsewhere. The staff quickly assessed the problem and proceeded to replace both nose pieces and adjusted the repair until my friend could see better than before we walked in. When we offered to pay they insisted it was free of charge! Everyone was gracious and kind, helping someone in need. Thank you all very much!!
