Emily was absolutely the best eye associate I’ve ever met. She was so genuine and truly cared to help me. She saved me money by waiting for me to get insurance taken care of first before getting in so I wouldn’t have to pay a huge copay then gave me the best recommendations for my stye. Absolutely an amazing job and she deserves a raise. Keep that girl at eye associates of South Olathe!! Thank you Emily!!
I feel I get a thorough eye examine. Dr. Buchbaum is very good at explaining what she has found with my eye examination. Their different locations throughout the city make it convenient to get and take care of my glasses. Dave at the Prairie Village store has helped to make adjustments to improve the fit of my glasses. All and all I have had a wonderful experience with Eye Associates.
Everyone at this location is absolutely fantastic and the quality of care and customer service is so good that I drive from KCK to see Dr. Buchbaum. From the moment you walk in, you are greeted and their scheduling is so efficient that the wait time is a minute or two at most before being seen. Emily is an absolute PRO with the pre-exam screening, especially the dreaded puff of air in each eye. The best screening I’ve ever had! When my appointment was finished, Katie took time to go over all of my options that insurance provides, got my contacts ordered, printed rebate info for me, AND got my next appointment on the calendar. 15/10
I had a wonderful experience at the olathe south office. The entire staff was welcoming, professional, and efficient from start to finish. Dr. Andrea has a calm and reassuring presence and took the time to thoroughly explain everything in a way that was easy to understand, which made the appointment feel comfortable and stress-free. Angie was incredibly helpful in assisting me with selecting and ordering my new glasses. I truly appreciated the attentive care and excellent service and would highly recommend this practice.
Staff is always great to address any issues with my frames. Emily is very friendly, and prompt to repair and adjust. I appreciate their professionalism and accessibility. I will definitely recommend this location to others!
