Staff were. Friendly and nice. The Doctor was great, informative and funny great guy. However when I asked if they took my insurance they said yes and I asked if everything was covered and they said yes. But when I finished my exam they told me I would have to pay for my glasses out of pocket. Had I known that from the start I would have chosen another place to get my exam and glasses done at. They also charged me out of pocket for a Retna scan. I really felt bamboozled here. The last place I went to I got my exam done and glasses all covered by my insurance. I definitely was not happy that I coudnt get glasses here and that they didn’t inform me of that when I was checking in and asked if everything was covered. Very disappointed and frustrated here…. FALSE? Sorry but you are 100% wrong Doctor. The second I walked into your store I asked the lady at the front desk if you took my insurance and if everything was covered and she said YES… The only thing she said I would be charged for was the $39 for the retna scan. So sorry but you’re wrong and yall definitely took me for a ride here. Yall should make it more clear to your “patients” about what’s covered and not covered by insurance….So thanks a lot, now I can’t get glasses because I already used my insurance for your office so now I have to pay out of pocket. I take back the nice and kind things I said earlier in this review. No accountability, No email, no phone call, no text to try and make things right…just a rude accusatory attitude. NEVER AGAIN….
