Was treated good to everyone that toke time with me. The tech that was first with me super nice. Dr coolbaugh very caring and I will remain to ask appointments with him. He also helped me up when I fell which is after he was thru with my visit. To person in his room with him taking notes. And the lady checking me out. Was pleased with service. Wanda Dooley. Appt on May 22nd 2026. Would recommend them to anyone. Especially dr coolbaugh. Made me feel I was cared about during my appointment

I love ❤️ Eye Care & Surgery Botetourt. I have been going there for many years now, and I have NO intentions of ever going to another eye care facility. From the time I arrive for my appointment, until the time I leave the office, I am treated with care and respect, as if I were their only patient. From the front office staff, the technicians, and Dr. Kari Boothe, all provide me with an EXCELLENT experience each time I go. I am bless to have All the Dr's and staff I know all I have to do is call they work me in if I needed to be seen before my yearly check update. I am pleased with having Eye Care & Surgery Care . A have lot of my family and friends coming here and I know we are getting great care for our eyes I been coming here for 15 years GOD BLESS ME when I had problems with my eyes after seeing 3 other Dr's Dr Eug saw me and knew on my first visit and been taking care of my eyes ever since. God bless me with the best Dr Eug & All Dr's and staff very caring and helpful 🙏

Everybody at the facility makes you feel so comfortable with what you’re going through. Thy are so kind and thoughtful. It means a lot. Jenna Selander is really special to me. I was so sad to hear her that she was leaving, broke my heart, but I know that it will be good for her. She is excellent as what she does and makes you feel so comfortable
