I had a great experience at Eyecare Associates! Everyone I talked to was so friendly. Haven was so welcoming when I arrived and helped with all my new-patient questions. I appreciate how Rebecca explained what each test was for before the test was done. Dr. Reisler is awesome and also helped with all of my questions. Amy helped me select new frames and I am so excited to be able to pick them up in a couple of weeks! Overall a fantastic experience and I look forward to my next visit; and would highly recommend this team for eyecare in Fort Collins.

I recently got prescription sunglasses at Eyecare Associates. They are top of the line (I keep them for 10-12 years, so it’s worth it), but they never fit right and adjustments wouldn’t hold. I went in one more time and Garnet quickly discovered the hinges are defective. Sometimes you get a lemon. Many thanks to Garnet for ordering a replacement with no charge to me. Sign me as Loyal Customer.

As a new patient at Eyecare associates, I was immediately struck with the professionalism, the warmth of the staff, and the expertise and clear explanations of the state of my eye health provided by Dr. Charboneau. Compare compared to where I had gone previously, the testing equipment was state-of-the-art and efficient, and it was quite amazing to see with high resolution and clarity the construction and layout of the interior of my eyes. Dr. Charboneau provided a clear explanation of how my eyes were doing and what they were going to continue to watch for over time. During the discussion with him — I could easily ask questions and found it was straightforward ticmake the decisions I needed to for next steps. Lastly, Eyecare associates had a really nice selection of frames and lens shapes and sizes…. Maybe even a bit overwhelming although with the guidance of the optician, I was able to narrow down my choices and make a decision. I definitely recommend this practice.

This was my first time going to this office. I found them through my insurance and read some good reviews so I wanted to add to it. The whole experience was great. I was greeted as soon as I came through the doors and helped with a smile. I didn’t wait long before I was taken back and had the initial part of my exam done. Again smiles, nice conversation, Look like the latest and greatest equipment. I then met with the doctor. He also was very nice and kind and explained everything to me very well. He then walked me out to where I got my glasses and again a wonderful experience with the optician who helped me find my glasses and get them ordered. Again, she walked me to check out wonderful experience lovely conversation smiles explained all of my charges and help me check out. I would highly recommend.
