I had my 1st visit with them today. It was great. They performed a thorough exam. And asked lots of questions to get a good health & eye history. I had a lot of questions for them about a variety of things. They listened carefully, answered all my questions, made suggestions and presented options. Everyone was super nice. I felt welcome as soon as I walked in. Everyone was very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. I'm glad to have found 2020 Vision!! It was an all-around great experience.🤓

This review is based on first impressions and not appointment outcomes. Well appointed shop and staff. Both the staff and the doctor were polite and professional. The doctor seemed to pinpoint the issues I was having with my prescription and offered simple solutions. I won't pickup my new lens for another week. That will be the acid test. Receive both regular lenses as well as computer lenses and sunglasses. I have to say I’m delighted and relieved. After successfully working with the same vision shop in Dillon, Montana, for 25 years, I have struggled to find a competent optometrist and associated optician in southeast Wyoming and northern Colorado over the past 6 years. 2020 Vision has brought the search to an end. I couldn’t be happier. My vision is clear again. The above said, I should note that like all quality products, your lenses won’t be produced overnight. Count on a two to four week wait for delivery. Like all quality products, it will be worth the wait. HMK

Billed for services not rendered! Beware! I made an appointment with Dr. Vosseteig in July 2025. I made the appointment to obtain a new prescription so that I could order new contact lenses. Nothing with my prescription changed. I ordered the exact same contacts that I had the prior year. When I left the office visit, I paid the balance due. Sometime later, I received a bill that I still owed $170 for a contact fitting charge for both eyes. I’ve experienced contact fitting with other eye examiners. It entailed trying various contact lenses and coming back to make adjustments. That did not happen in this office visit. I obtained the same prescription that I had previously. I ordered the exact same lenses. They were sent to me in the mail. Also, I only wear one contact in one eye. I tried to call somebody in Dr. Vosseteig’s. They would not respond to my inquiries about why I was being billed for contact exam fitting. Instead, they sent me to their billing office in Indiana. I was told that if I did not pay the remaining bill, they would send me to collections. To prevent that I paid for services not rendered. Dr. Vosseteig’s office had no interest in listening to my inquiries. Susan Seiler

Very careful and complete eye exam. The optical department was able to find and correctly fit a new pair of eyeglasses. I'm able to see better now than I have in years. Both far and near vision work great.

Professional, personable, friendly, serving. I cannot express how impressed I was with all the staff and the doctor in this office. I felt welcomed as a person and not just another patient to process. If you are looking for an excellent Optometrist and office you need to go to 20/20 Vision!!
