Phenomenal experience with Dr. Matt Ingram and his staff. They are very knowledgeable and friendly. The office is very clean & well maintained. It was my first time needing glasses & they were patient with me and walked me through the process. Great experience! I had my yearly eye check up last week. Dr. Ruff is wonderful! He has been my optometrist for many years. He always answers every question I have and is great at explaining things. Pierson did a great job helping Dr.Ruff today - he is professional, thorough, and kind. Patty always does a superb job adjusting my glasses so they fit perfectly. The whole gang here is great!
I had a great experience at Eye Care Associates today. The wait was super short. Ashley communicated clearly and interacted in a fun manner, but professional.!!! When the doctor came in, she was quick and efficient and down the business. After the exam, she took time to ask specific questions about my health of my eyes. Overall It was a great experience. Eye Care Associates has great service. All staff and doctors are super helpful and kind. The whole appointment process is smooth and everyone was very patient when I was picking out glasses frames. I receive great care every time I go in for an appointment
Ally was great and super active about getting me in after the 15 minute window! Jessica was fast and efficient with getting my exam taken care of as well with me being later to my appointment! Ingram, Mathew was amazing at explaining and telling me everything I should do and watch for! Also thank you for finding me a wear home pair of contacts!
