I would give zero Stars if there was an option this was my first time going to Dr Sprout's office wasn't even given all the right tests that should have been done wasn't given the air in the eye test wasn't even given the peripheral vision test she only did the main one my glasses took 22 days to come in every time I will call in there I will get hung up on when I did get my glasses I went in to have them adjusted and let them know I really couldn't see very well out of the right eye and the woman was upset and made it a point to tell us that we took her out of her lunch time multiple times glasses were not fixed had to go to Walmart and have them realign them I have not been able to wear them from the minute I've got the message three days later still no phone call pay $310 for glasses that I cannot even wear so now I have a appointment with Walmart to have my eyes rechecked over the prescription I have in these glasses then I cannot wear I would not recommend this place if my life depended on it

The best doctor appointment you will ever have. I've been going here for two years and have seen Doctor Sprout on time or early every appointment. The entire staff are professional and friendly. Do yourself a favor and try them out. You will not be disappointed.

Dr. Sprout is wonderful! She did a great job with my exam and went out of her way to help me figure out which contacts work best for me! It was time for new glasses too and her staff did a super job getting me measured for my progressive lenses. Everyone there was really nice, friendly, and helpful. I’ll definitely be going back! Thanks!

The visit with the optometrist was fine but the billing dept. and service from the front office were horrible. Very unprofessional and not helpful at all. Save yourself the stress and go elsewhere. Dr. Showalter and her staff in Vienna are excellent!

Went for glasses. The prices of lenses and frames were out of my reach. So I used the script they gave me with eyebuydirect. And now the Dr said they won't even clean my glasses because I went through a third party. Awful service.
