Let me start by saying I have gone to the williamstown eye clinic for many years now...I really like the doctor but unfortunately the last 2 years I have had terrible service, the receptionists are awful. Last year I noticed that the receptionist was quite moody but I wanted to give her the benefit of the doubt, maybe she was having a bad day.... I had to wait weeks to get my contacts and I had to keep calling and asking for them. My step father that same year had the same problem and waited over a month to get his glasses and my mom was charged when her insurance covered it and that was another ordeal.... fast forward to this year, my husband and I go on the same day. We get through the appointment and seem like a huge inconvenience the receptionist/fitter. We pick out our glasses and pay then 2 days later he is told his insurance won't cover his glasses (but it did the year before) and pays out of pocket. We contact his insurance and the eye clinic never even sent an order for it! A week goes by and my glasses come in but his haven't even been ordered.... another 2 weeks go by and he gets the call that his glasses are in. I pick them up with a bit of attitude from the receptionist because she doesn't seem to want to do her job... I then ask about my contacts which are in but they never called me about! If they had time to call my husband then why didn't I get a notification about my contacts?! Every request seems to be met with a level of hostility and I'm not sure why??? Every person I have mentioned in this rant has assured me that they won't be back.... and sadly I don't think I will be either. Sorry for ranting but this has just been a horrible and unprofessional experience.

The doctor was good but service from office staff was extremely rude. When walking in don’t expect any greeting g or even a look up. They labeled my contact boxes wrong, I had to figure that out myself. They didn’t even order my husband’s contact and we didn’t find that u til after 6 weeks of waiting. No apology at all just a sigh of why are we bothering them. When his contacts did come in the staff was extremely rude and short with him. We won’t be back.
Do not recommend!!! The hygiene of this office is concerning. Dr touched all sorts of things - door knobs, pens, the machines, etc - without washing hands and then touched my eyes and my husbands. There was also no sort of cleaning of the machines or hands between the two of us. We were super uncomfortable knowing dirty hands and equipment were touching our face and eyes. We also had an issue where they insisted that there was a co-pay and charged it, and we had to get our insurance to argue it because there wasn’t one. it’s frustrating to waste your yearly insured visit at a place like this. Sadly it was the easiest place to get an appointment to, but this explains why they’re not busy. Everyone we interacted with in the office was nice, but nice doesn’t make a good doctor
Dropped my glasses severely scratching them. Called for an appointment and explained my plight. Receptionist immediately set me up an appointment. On appointment date Dr Koerber did extensive eye exam revealing a severe right eye malady. More pictures of interior eye and he sat down with me explaining medical regiment and med treatment. Hailey and Jennifer were exceptionally friendly, helpful, professional, and courteous. I highly recommend Williamstown Eye Clinic!
I originally came to this eye clinic because I was tired of getting lost in the larger practices. I wanted a place to go where there were good, caring people who knew me and made my welfare their top priority. I found this at Williamstown Eye Clinic. This was amply demonstrated this past weekend when Dr. Koerber took his personal time on a Saturday morning to come in to the office and check out what might have been an emergency situation with my eyes. I am very appreciative of his care and concern, and I would recommend Williamstown Eye Clinic to anyone wanting the best of care.
