The doctor was good, although there were test that was not covered by my insurance i was not told about, until im at my appointment. And the optical department was a huge hassle. They argued with me over what my insurance did and did not cover. They told me that I was only able to pick out of a few pairs of frames. When I called my insurance, I already knew the answer because I had spoke with them previously, they said ANY frames. The frames I was told my insurance did not cover by the optical department were much cheaper. The optical department also argued with me over if transitions were covered ... they were, but I had to make the calls to get it approved. After all of this when my glasses came, I can see better out of my old ones and I see circles around every light. I will find a new clinic next year.

I've seen Dr McNair since 12/2021 in Ocala Regional Hospital for 3 days for suspected stroke from a car accident. Neuro and Cardio did complete work ups for possible CVA. I assured them I had full memory etc however they stood together at the foot of my bed and said all tests were negative. I said when the cardio tech was doing an echo at the bedside I thought I heard some regurtation in one of the valves. They said oh it was so small we call that trace so we now say negative. Yh
Office is always backed up and you wait for 2 hours to be seen. Absolutely ridiculous! Switched to Ritz and Johnson on 17th Street and it was the best decision I made. In and out in an hour and that's with a complete eye exam and contact fitting!
Very confident eye doctors here did did slight laser adjustments to my eyes. They're no pain quick. Dr. Wingo is a great doctor. Did a great job on my eyes.
Waiting was horrible very hot inside the room smells like cigarettes. To many booked appointments at the same time. The chairs to sit are few and very uncomfortable.
