Ritz & Johnson Fashion Eyecare

This was my first visit to Ritz & Johnson and it was great. I was greeted warmly by the front staff and my tech Jade was very sweet and explained everything she was doing. Dr Willeford came in and he was amazing. Very kind, easy to talk to and he again, explained everything that he was doing so I could understand why I needed what I needed. When it came time to select my new glasses, J was helpful showing me which glasses were less expensive and answered all my questions about the cost breakdown. Very happy that I found this place and looking forward to getting my new glasses in a couple of weeks!

Our entire family sees Dr. Gigi, and we couldn't be happier with the care we've received. She never makes us feel rushed during appointments and always takes the time to thoroughly answer our questions and address any concerns. We've also seen other providers in the practice for urgent visits and have had consistently positive experiences. The office is easy to communicate with—they offer convenient text messaging for questions and do a great job sending appointment reminders.

If I could give zero stars, I would, which is sad because the doctors are wonderful. The office staff allowed non-service animals inside the office. Other patients in the lobby were expressing concern, so I asked the office staff about this. The office manager then said they cannot ask if the animals are service animals by law. While you cannot judge, these animals did not appear to be service animals. One office staff member even went over to pet the dog and did not wash their hands after the encounter. Most owners of service animals ask that you not pet them. See photos for reference.

Had my annual eye exam this week. It was such a great experience. All empoyees were friendly, I was seen by my Doctor very quickly and the office is very well run. My eye doctor is Dr. Williford and I highly recomnend him. I was having a hard time with my vision a year ago and he found I had cataracts. He recommended another great surgeon and I have almost perfect vision now. I am so thankful. Thank you everyone!

I love this place! I’ve been going to Ritz & Johnson for about 3 1/2 years. I had my annual exam today with Dr. GG. From check in to check out I had a great experience. The entire staff was very friendly and provided excellent customer service. Dr. GG is fantastic! She has always been so warm and friendly. She is very knowledgeable and always explains things in a way that I can understand. This is definitely the place to go if you are in need of eye care!
