Great experience at Optical Outlets! The customer service was excellent and everything was quick and informative. Chelsea was wonderful to work with, and the eye doctor was great as well. Highly recommend!
The doctor tried to move fast. It’s like a revolving door. The glasses are crappy. I’ve already been through eight pairs of frames. They cannot seem to get the lenses to fit the frame so they force them in causing the frames to snap in several spots.
Go to Optical Outlets and see Joe! What a great guy! He went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of and got the best deal possible. Very personable and knowledgeable about all things optical. Super friendly and patient. Will definitely see him again! Thanks Joe!
I was initially put off by the annoyingly long wait to be seen but the practice is very busy and they do actually have quite an efficient system for handling the volume of clients. That said, it was all worth it because when the actual eye exam was over and it came time to have an associate help me with the paperwork and eyewear selection, I was fortunate in having Joe's assistance. Not only did he advise me on an insurance issue, he actually helped me choose the frames; in fact he spotted the ones that I liked the best and were the best suited to my face. I felt lucky that I got Joe to help me, but I must say that all of the staff members are friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this practice.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We were visiting from out of town and had a vision emergency. Mary Lopez, the store manager at Optical Outlets in Ocala, truly came to the rescue. She was kind, helpful, and made a stressful situation so much easier. She took the time to help us get everything we needed and made sure we were taken care of. We're so grateful for her willingness to help and the excellent customer service she provided. If you ever need eye care in the Ocala area, you'll be in great hands with Mary and her team.
