Today I visited Lens crafters Of Ocala Florida we meet our Consultant Ramon colon What are amazing guy? He did such a wonderful job. Explain us everything and try to give the discount as much you can. Very knowledgeable guy, very sweet, nicest, person I met, and we asked more coupon. He ask his Coworker, her name is Cassie To give a coupon, so we can get more discount and immediately help him What a great Work ethics and partnership . We are using the service for last 25 years. They’re amazing, very friendly, welcoming and try to explain and do what we wanted. Definitely highly recommend to visit our favourite guy. Roman, he is the best Five star review . My first pair of glasses, Ramon made the experience so wonderful. He was patient and kind answered all my questions, took pictures for me to send to my family, and even talked to my mom on FaceTime while he held the phone for her to see better. I walked out with a smile on my face. Excellent customer service is hard to find these days, but Ramon exceeds all customer service expectations.

Got scheduled and in quick and easy and was able to pick out frames I loved. Everyone was friendly and helpful, but Ramon, who helped me pick out my new frames was amazing! Thanks guys

I’ve been here for multiple years prior to the remodel and exam doctor change. This place looks absolutely amazing after all the changes. Very modern and sleek. Doctor Butcher with Summit Eye Care was great and thorough. The receptionist was the perfect amount of helpful and sweet. I took my prescription to the sales team after finishing my exam and was welcomed by the staff. Omar assisted me in getting new contacts ordered and new lenses for my existing frames. He worked hard at maximizing my savings. I was extremely happy when I left. I did check another online outlet for ordering contacts after I left and thought I could get a better deal. When I called back I got a different person since Omar was with another client. She didn’t seem as helpful and wasn’t clear in her responses. I wanted to cancel my contacts order thinking I would get a better deal with the online outlet. The agent who answered the phone told me I’d have to come in to cancel without trying to understand my concern. After hanging up, it took just a few minutes and Omar followed up. He stated he wanted to understand my concerns and explained all my options. This saved me an unnecessary trip back. I also was able to confirm with him the deal I received and it allowed me to feel confident in my purchase. I appreciated Omar’s help and concern for my satisfaction.
