It was a delightful experience. The doctor gave me an eye exam & then I picked out my frames. I have 2 pairs of progressive at a GREAT price of $195.00, which includes the eye exam. I encountered a problem with one of the pair of glasses, the frame I chose was not comfortable. I spoke with Cindy & she said no problem I could choose another frame. I was so happy I could exchange them. I am so grateful as this company wants their customers to be satisfied with their experience. I highly recommend America’s Best for your next purchase of glasses. Cindy is a fantastic employee, thanks Cindy. See you next year!

I took my 9 year old niece in for her very first eye exam today, and honestly I can not say enough great things about this location! I was very leary at first because it wasn't just a pediatric eye doctor, however each and every person made her first eye exam such a great experience. We started by looking for glasses and picking around just in case she needed them. We started out with a wonderful lady that made each step fun for a child. She explained to her each step of the process, learned about her interests, and talked to her the whole time. You could really see my nieces nerves relax in as she made every step fun for her, and bonus points for her letting her be the teacher through examining my wife's eyes! Nothing on the books but this fun experience, for the extra 2 minutes, really helped her nerves relax! She explained to her each step and incorporated her in the process by letting her feel the pressure test on her hand before it happened, and seeing the picture of her eye. The doctor was very informative to us, as well as explaining to her the importance of wearing her glasses and making his process fun for her. We then go to check out, where this lady made the process of picking out glasses cool, and explained the pricing to us so we could make the best decision for her. 10/10 review for America's Best on making this experience so fun for a 9 year old, that she was able to open up and figure out her eyes! If you're questioning if such an affordable option would be good for youre kids, choose America's Best!! I will be making an appointment for me and my wife, because of the great experience we had with them today!

I have tried for the past 6 months to work with America's Best to keep from posting this review. I have used America's best for years in both Colorado and Florida and their quality of glasses has slipped to junk. In January I purchased new lenses for an existing pair of sunglasses. Americas best lab broke the frame in these glasses. I was offered a much cheaper pair of sunglasses for a replacement. I accepted a pair of Nike Rabids as a replacement. I take very good care of my glasses and even keep them in a hard case, not the cheap soft case that they come in. The arm broke after 3 months of use. The store assistant manager refused to help me out so I escalated my issues to the district manager who did offer to replace the frame. Unfortunately it is 3 months later (July) and the arm just broke again.

Very honest, awesome value (I really did get 2 pairs of glasses for 95$) and frame selection from the value price tier was actually very pretty and many options to choose from. The exam was medical grade, prompt and probably the most accurate eye rx I have had since moving to this area. Scheduling was easy, the exam staff is super nice, the sales team respected my budget and there was no "surprise bill" at check out. This is the EASY BUTTON for eye exams in Ocala - go somewhere else and you will leave frustrated, wayyyy over budget and prob with the wrong rx... you have been warned lol
