Always a pleasure everytime my family and I go for our appointments. The staff is always smiling and willing to help or answer questions. The doctor is always upfront and let's you know exactly what is going on and will take time to answer any and all questions. The selection of eye wear is the biggest i have seen. I always find what I am looking for and if not it can be ordered. They take pride in making sure you are happy. Wish more places were like this. I look forward to my appointments every year. Always excited to see what new into date eye wear had come in. I do and will continue to tell friends an family about this wonderful place. When it's 20 minutes before they officially open, and they let you come in so you can get your glasses adjusted. That's customer service. When traci that's worked there over 25 years greet you by your name and knows who you are. That's exceptional customer service. Thank you, for being my family's eye doctor.

Great doctor ..he listens to his patients concerns and doesn’t brush them off.. he takes his time addressing and fixing the issues…the staff is always willing to fit you into the schedule and great with communication.

I don't understand the low rating because I truly had an amazing experience with them most employees say hi very attentive if they didn't say hi it was because they were with someone. The doctor was very direct and I Totally enjoyed our little conversation we had as he did what he needed to do for me. Everyone I spoke to were amazing! And to top it off months after they text me and wished me a happy birthday. I'll go back there for sure!

Dr. Anderson was absolutely great with my boyfriend today. He had a piece of steel in his eye and Dr Anderson got it out quick and easy. The staff was very nice and very informative. Thanks guys! Will definitely be coming back when needed.
